In order to keep shipping costs down, packages will be shipped without insurance, tracking and without requiring a signature. As such, we will not be responsible to issue a refund on any item lost, stolen or damaged during the shipping process. Please email us in advance if you would like to have tracking, insurance and signature option added to your shipping. This cost will be added to the shipping cost and must be paid up front. It is the customers responsibility to be available for delivery or to pick up packages held at the post office. Shipping costs will not be refunded on any returned packages. Customer is responsible for any additional costs associated with international shipping including customs fees and tax.
